Systematic Kinesiology in Cornwall, North London & Online
Systematic Kinesiology — a gentle, body-led approach to support digestion, nervous system balance and deeper wellbeing.
The journey towards better health is rarely straightforward or linear. When the body is in pain or out of balance, it can feel confusing, frustrating, and at times overwhelming — especially when there are no clear answers.
I’ve experienced this firsthand. If this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Systematic Kinesiology offers a gentle, holistic way of listening to the body and supporting it back towards balance.
Alongside addressing current symptoms, kinesiology can also be used preventatively — helping to identify and correct imbalances before they begin to show up physically or emotionally.
I am based in Falmouth, Cornwall and also offer remote sessions, allowing support to be accessible wherever you are.
What is Systematic Kinesiology?
Systematic Kinesiology is a holistic approach to healthcare that works with the body’s own feedback systems. Using gentle muscle testing, it helps identify areas of imbalance across the physical, emotional, biochemical and energetic body.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, kinesiology looks at why the body is struggling — supporting deeper, longer-lasting change by addressing root causes.
In a world where many people feel disconnected from their bodies, Systematic Kinesiology offers a way to listen, understand, and restore balance in a calm and supportive way.
Sessions are gentle, client-led, and carried out at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Pain
Whether acute or long-standing, pain is often a signal that something deeper needs attention. Kinesiology explores the underlying causes of pain rather than simply managing the symptom.
-

From postural imbalances to muscular tension, kinesiology uses gentle techniques to identify and address structural stress patterns held within the body.

Insomnia / Sleep Difficulties
Poor sleep affects everything — mood, energy, immune function and resilience. Kinesiology explores what's keeping the nervous system activated at night, whether that's stress, nutritional factors or emotional patterns disrupting rest.
-
Phobias
Phobias are rooted in the nervous system and often held in the body long after the original trigger. Kinesiology can help identify and gently release the patterns underlying a fear response.
-
Trauma
Trauma is stored in the body as much as the mind. Kinesiology offers a gentle, body-led way to work with traumatic patterns without requiring you to re-tell or relive your experience.

Helena, Penryn
I had to have an emergency c-section when I gave birth and I really struggled with postpartum. My scar felt so tender and it hurt so much to even walk around, let alone hold my baby. A friend recommended I come and see Darren. I had not heard of kinesiology and I was not sure it could help but thought I would try anything to get some relief. After seeing Darren I felt better almost instantly - from the next day I was noticeably more mobile! Darren was so kind and knowledgable - I would recommend him to anyone!

My back had been giving me gip for as long as I could remember. It got to the point where I was taking painkillers daily. I had been to the doctors twice and nothing was improving. After seeing Darren a few times it got so much better that I was even able to paint the fences in the back garden.

Darren is thorough, personable and helpful. After seeing him the pain from the carpel tunnel in my wrist subsided massively. I also learnt SO much about simple lifestyle changes I could make to help me feel better generally. Definitely go and see him.
